Shannon Obrien

Shannon O'Brien is a seasoned Creative Project Manager currently at Westfall Gold since December 2016. Previously, Shannon founded and served as CEO and Creative Editor at Long Story Short LLC from July 2009 to December 2016, where responsibilities included developing an independent editing firm, managing client partnerships, and creating media content. Before that, Shannon held various editing roles, including Senior Editor at The Lvngrm, where project management and training of staff were key duties. Earlier experience also includes freelance editing for notable organizations, creative editing at Berwyn Editorial, and junior editing at Ruff House Editorial. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Castleton University.
