Jim Berkowski

Jim Berkowski is a seasoned Sr. Process Engineer at Westfall Technik Inc. since September 2020, bringing over two decades of experience in the injection molding industry. Previous roles include Process Engineer positions at Flextronics (April 2015 - September 2020), MGS Mfg. Group (September 2014 - April 2015), and Nypro (January 1998 - September 2014), where Jim also served as Head of Technical Training. Expertise encompasses the development and launch of new injection molding systems, troubleshooting, and refining existing programs across both packaging and healthcare sectors. Jim holds multiple Master Molder certifications from RJG Inc. and has completed technical training in processes, injection molding, and robotics. Additionally, foundational education includes studies at Elgin Community College.
