Lacey Archer

Lacey Archer is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Westfield Area Y since June 2023, Lacey has previously worked as a Human Resources Payroll Administrator at Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA and held several positions in the hospitality sector, including Director of Human Resources at DoubleTree by Hilton - Times Square and Hilton NY Fashion District, as well as Director of Human Resources at MODE Hospitality. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and an HR Generalist/Training Coordinator at Johnson Matthey. Lacey began a career as a Personal Trainer while self-employed and also worked as an Instructor for Baby Boot Camp. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The College of New Jersey, earned between 2001 and 2005.
