Matthew Good

Matthew Good has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Matthew is currently serving as the COO of Westfield Egg Farm Inc., a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Plant Manager at AMETEK Specialty Metal Products from February 2020 to January 2022. Matthew also served as an Operations Manager at AMETEK from March 2017 to February 2020. Before that, they held positions such as Materials Manager and Business Process Manager at The Reading Truck Group from December 2014 to March 2017. Matthew's earlier experience includes being a lean Champion and Blackbelt at Armstrong World Industries from June 2012 to December 2014. Matthew also held management positions at Tyson Foods, including General Production Manager from April 2011 to June 2012 and Quality Assurance Supervisor & HACCP Coordinator from April 2009 to March 2011.

Matthew Good completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology and Immunology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they hold a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from Central Penn College.
