Anna Pray Holzapfel

Anna Pray Holzapfel LSSGB currently serves as a Business Senior Lead Project and Program Manager at Westfield Insurance since November 2025. Previously, Anna held various roles at Grange Insurance from February 2018 to October 2025, including Innovation Manager, Innovation Analyst, Project Manager, and Claims Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included managing processes for evaluating startup partnerships, leading strategic projects, and enhancing operational effectiveness. Anna began a career in claims adjusting with positions at Nationwide and State Auto Insurance from 2008 to 2018. Anna earned a degree in Early Childhood Development from the University of Minnesota.
