Catherine Young

Catherine Young has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Business Lead Senior Project & Program Manager at Westfield Insurance since June 2010. In this role, responsibilities include collaborating with independent insurance agencies to retain accounts, evaluate new submissions, analyze results, and develop business goals. Prior to this, Catherine held various positions at Westfield Insurance, including Personal Lines Underwriting & Sales Manager and Market Underwriter. Catherine's early career includes diverse internships in public relations, sales and marketing, and the arts, with notable contributions at Baldwin-Wallace College and other organizations. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Business Administration, Arts Management, and Music from Baldwin Wallace University in 2010.
