Jennifer Hixon

Jennifer Hixon, DHSc, PA-C, currently serves as a consultant at Scott Massey PhD LLC since January 2023, focusing on strategic planning for the growth of PA education programs and identifying emerging trends in healthcare. Jennifer has been the Associate Dean and Founding PA Program Director at Westfield State University since 2015, where Jennifer developed the first Public PA Program in New England. Previously, Jennifer held positions as Associate Dean, Professor and Program Director at Bay Path University from 2011 to 2015, and Dean and Program Director at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from 2008 to 2011. Jennifer also directed the Physician Assistant Program at Springfield College from 1999 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate of Health Sciences from Nova Southeastern University and a PA Program degree from Hahnemann/Drexel University.
