Joshua Hettrick

Joshua Hettrick has extensive experience in higher education administration, particularly in housing operations and data analytics. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Space Management and Director of Data Analytics & Campus Insights at Westfield State University since July 2008, Joshua contributes to the university's data-driven decision-making processes and oversees initiatives to enhance student enrollment and engagement. Previous roles include Interim Director of Residential Life, where Joshua supervised eight professional staff members, and Director and Associate Director for Housing, focusing on departmental management and staff supervision. Prior experience includes various positions at Springfield College, culminating as Assistant Director of Residence Life. Joshua holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership in Higher Education from Johnson & Wales University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Springfield College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stonehill College.
