Junior Delgado

Junior Delgado serves as the Director of the Career Center at Westfield State University since August 2000, managing budgets, staff, and strategic initiatives while cultivating partnerships with a range of employers. In addition to directing the Career Center, Junior has taught courses in both the English and Psychology Departments, emphasizing career development and public speaking skills. Junior has held leadership positions such as President of the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers and Executive Chair of the Massachusetts Educational Recruiting Consortium, focusing on collaboration among higher education institutions and organizing job fairs. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Junior has participated in key events and provided external reviews for career services offices at various universities, contributing to leadership development through engagements and presentations. Junior holds advanced degrees from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Westfield State University, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree from Clark University.
