Katherine Grace Simard Mhrd

Katherine Grace Simard MHRD serves as the Associate Director of Talent Development at Westfield State University, where responsibilities include leading the development of a comprehensive professional development program for faculty and staff. Katherine has been the Director of KGrace Resources since May 2018 and previously held the position of Training Program Manager at Amazon Web Services from July 2022 to January 2023, focusing on training program development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
