Sarah Wakelin

Sarah Wakelin currently serves as the Senior Annual Giving Coordinator at Westfield State University since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Director of Annual Giving at Wilbraham & Monson Academy from September 2000 to May 2024, where responsibilities included developing and managing a comprehensive annual giving campaign that achieved record fundraising milestones, including securing over one million dollars for the first time in the institution's history. Additionally, Sarah acted as the primary liaison between the academy and the parents of current students. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Pledge Producer at WGBY/57 and a Production Assistant at WSKG Public Media. Sarah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, following graduation from Athens Area High School.
