Chris Baldwin

Chris Baldwin has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources at Westfield Washington Schools since November 2008. Prior roles at Westfield Washington Schools include Director of Human Resources and Safety and Interim Superintendent. Prior to this, Chris Baldwin served as Principal at Shamrock Springs Elementary School and held the position of Assistant Principal at both Shamrock Springs and Oak Trace Elementary Schools. Chris began a career in education as a 6th grade Teacher at Carmel Middle School from 1994 to 2005. Chris Baldwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Butler University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Oakland City University.
