Christine Phillips

Christine Phillips has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Christine currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Westfield Bank, where they have been working since November 2020. Prior to this role, Christine served as the First Vice President Human Resources at PeoplesBank from December 2014 to November 2020. Christine also worked as the Vice President at United Personnel for a period of over 15 years, from February 1999 to November 2014.

Christine Phillips received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1993 to 1995.
