Phil Goncalves

Phil Goncalves is an experienced professional in the fields of business education and banking, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Business Department at AIC since 2019 and holding the position of Chief Credit Officer at Westfield Bank since February 2019. With a solid background in commercial banking, Phil previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Lender at Country Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing a profitable banking division and leading a team to achieve significant goals. Phil started the banking career at SIS BANK as a Portfolio Manager and held various leadership roles at Heritage NIS Bank and Country Bank, focusing on loan management and credit analysis. An alumnus of Western New England University, Phil earned a Master's degree in Business with specializations in Finance and Accounting.
