James Robertson

James Robertson is an experienced facilitator and business leader currently serving as a Facilitator at the Australian Institute of Management since May 2023, where a range of short courses is delivered. As Co-Founder and CEO of Insight38, an innovative Australian data practice, James demonstrates entrepreneurial expertise. James also holds the position of Project Manager at Westgate Community Initiatives Group Inc. and serves as a Sessional Tutor on Negotiation, Mediation & Community Consultation at La Trobe University. With a focus on mediation and negotiation through James Robertson Mediation & Negotiation, James has built a career centered around consensus-building in complex business environments. Previous roles include Co-Founder and General Manager at Lifevault, Head of Investor Relations at Cruncher, and Project Manager at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance from Monash University.
