Chad Severance

Chad Severance, PMP, serves as the Senior Vice President of Development, Construction, and Engineering at Westgate Resorts since November 2019, previously holding the title of Vice President of Development and Construction. As the Founder and Principal Owner of Elite International Solutions Inc. since May 2017, Chad specializes in executive management within the themed development industry. Prior experience includes roles such as Sr. Project Manager and PMO Director at Universal Studios Orlando, Sr. Project Manager at S&S Worldwide, Inc., and Owner/Contractor at Monster Maintenance and Construction. Chad began a career with The Home Depot as Contractor Management/Estimator and holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Villanova University, along with a Journeyman Electrical Certification from Salt Lake Community College.
