Courtney Young

Courtney Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and management. Currently serving as a Senior Resort Marketing Manager at Westgate Resorts since August 2018, Courtney develops brand messaging, collateral materials, and promotional strategies while creating targeted collateral to enhance branding objectives. Prior to this role, Courtney was an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Universal Orlando Resort from March 2016 to July 2018, leading a team of over 60 individuals and managing significant cash flow responsibilities. Earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Research Assistant at Tijuana National Estuarine Research Reserve from February 2014 to March 2016, where responsibilities included field data collection and various sampling techniques. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Redlands.
