Glory Flores

Glory Flores is a seasoned IT professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in project management and technical support. Currently serving as IT Operations Logistics Manager and Lead Sr. IT Project Manager at Westgate Resorts since May 2018, Glory is also the owner of Smart Home PM and Glory Voice Overs, where quality voice-over services are provided for marketing purposes in both English and Spanish. Previous roles include Regional IT Support Specialist II at Total Quality Logistics and IT Support Technician at Hard Rock International. Glory holds a Master’s degree in Project Management in Information Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and Accounting from Stetson University. Additional qualifications include an A+ Certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
