Lisa Ghai

Lisa Ghai is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at Westgate Resorts since January 2021, Lisa previously held various roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from May 2002 to January 2021, culminating in the position of Senior Manager of Global Hotel Procurement. In that capacity, Lisa led a team responsible for sourcing hotel consumables for multiple cruise lines. Additionally, Lisa was an Executive Advisor for NEWH, The Hospitality Network, from 2004 to 2015, including a term as chapter President. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as a Project Manager at Leonard Parker Company. Lisa holds a B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
