Executive Chef at Westgate Resorts

Steve Young is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Westgate Resorts since July 2022, Steve previously held the position of Chef de Cuisine at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino from June 2015 to July 2023, where Steve also worked as Executive Chef for Edge Steakhouse. Prior experience includes Chef de Cuisine roles at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Joel Robuchon, as well as a Sous Chef position at Due Mari/Due Terre under Chef Michael White. Steve Young earned an associate degree in culinary and business management from The Art Institute of New York City, completing the program from 2003 to 2005.
