Matthew Price is a skilled mechanic and workshop leading hand with experience in the automotive industry. Matthew has also worked as a HD Fitter in the mining sector. Currently, Matthew is a superbike racer competing in the CIV National Trophy Superbike Championship with Rosso Corsa Racing and King Racing Team. In the past, Matthew also competed in the Supersport class with their own racing team. Matthew holds a degree in Information Communication Technology from Beauchamp College.

Westgold Resources Limited is engaged in exploration of minerals. The principal activity of the Company is operating gold mines in Australia. The Company's projects include Central Murchison Gold Project (CMGP), South Kalgoorlie Operations (SKO), Fortnum Gold Project (FGP), Tuckabianna Project and Rover Project.
