Nian Weary

Nian Weary is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in the mining and resources sectors. Currently serving as Maintenance Superintendent at Westgold Resources Limited since June 2018, Nian has held various supervisory and management roles at prominent companies including Roy Hill, Watpac Limited, Pybar Mining Services Pty Ltd, and BHP Billiton. Core competencies include ensuring best practice safety, conducting incident investigations, maintaining and updating procedures, personnel management, budget execution, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective resource allocation for maintenance schedules.
