Tracy Rhett

Tracy Rhett serves as the Assistant Vice President of Youth and Employment Services at Westhab, Inc. since October 2019, bringing extensive experience from a previous tenure at MAXIMUS where Tracy held the role of Director of Government Programs from March 2008 to September 2019. In this leadership position, Tracy contributed to significant company growth, securing over 10 contract renewals and new awards, while overseeing contract compliance, performance targets, budget management, and operations. Prior to this, Tracy was a Project Manager at MAXIMUS from 1998 to 2008 and worked as a Case Manager at Westhab, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia, earned from 1989 to 1993.
