The Support and Service Management team at Westhaven Ltd ensures the effective delivery of personalized disability services. They manage client care plans, offer hands-on social and living support, oversee service quality, handle IT and data needs, and provide specialized nursing care. This team works collaboratively to support individuals in living fulfilling and autonomous lives in the communities of Dubbo, Broken Hill, and Orange.
