James Stumbaugh

James Stumbaugh is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in instrumentation and control within the nuclear sector, currently serving as a Senior I&C Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company since June 2011. In this role, James specializes in the design, analysis, and testing of nuclear safety and process instrumentation for advanced reactor systems, including the AP1000 and eVinci Microreactors. Prior to this, James served as a Senior Nuclear and Process Instrumentation Engineer. Additionally, James has a significant background in the military, having worked as an Aircrew Flight Equipment Technician for the United States Air Force since June 2007 and as a Marine Corps Infantry member from June 2003 to June 2007. James holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
