Paul Doktorian

Paul Doktorian serves as the Manager of the Global Automation Initiative at Westinghouse Electric Company since April 2021, leading efforts to enhance automation standards across multiple manufacturing plants. With a strong background in the nuclear industry, Paul previously held roles such as Future Factory Program Manager and Manager of Internal Logistics, Warehouse and Goods Receipt at Westinghouse. In addition to current responsibilities, Paul is the Owner and CEO of ICE - Industrial Consulting Engineers AB, a firm specializing in consulting for nuclear fuel manufacturing. Past experience encompasses lean management at Volvo Construction Equipment, production engineering management at Volvo Group Trucks Operations, and various leadership roles in operations and process development across multiple engineering firms. Paul Doktorian holds a Master of Science in Mechanics and Lean Manufacturing from Linköping University.
