Wayne Salyers

Wayne Salyers is an experienced operations and transformation leader with a robust background in digitalization and automation. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Transformation at Westinghouse Electric Company since 2018, Wayne previously held the role of Sr. Manager of Operations at the same organization. Prior to Westinghouse, Wayne gained valuable experience as Operations Manager at Haemonetics from 2016 to 2018 and as Director of Operations at The Ayta Group from 2013 to 2016. Earlier roles include Operations Manager at TI Automotive and various positions at Covidien, such as Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and Operational Excellence Manager, accumulating over a decade of experience in the latter organization. Wayne began his career as a Reliability Engineer at Walter Energy from 1993 to 2000. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech, completing studies in 1993.
