Alan Eley currently serves as the Regional General Manager at WestJet since July 2020. Prior to this role, Alan Eley dedicated nearly three decades to British Airways from December 1990 to June 2020, holding the positions of Vice President for both North East USA and West USA, as well as Canada. In these positions, Alan Eley was responsible for ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience, achieving industry-leading punctuality, maintaining exceptional safety performance, and generating dynamic ancillary revenues across key airport locations including Boston (BOS), Newark (EWR), New York (JFK), Philadelphia (PHL), Washington D.C.
