Andrew Gardiner

Andrew Gardiner is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Line Operations Manager at WestJet Encore Ltd. Inc. since September 2022, Andrew has held multiple positions at WestJet, including Line Training Captain and Simulator and Ground Instructor. Prior to these roles, Andrew was the Assistant Chief Pilot at Suncor Energy, where responsibilities included operational management and team leadership. Previous experience includes positions at Bombardier Aerospace, providing training and technical support, and pilot roles at several airlines including PLUNA Líneas Aéreas Uruguayas S.A. and Libyan Airlines. Andrew holds an Aviation Technology diploma from Sault College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Queen's University.
