Ann Dimkin

Ann Dimkin is an experienced professional in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong background in leadership and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of IAM at WestJet since August 2021, Ann previously held the position of Director of IAM at Sun Life from November 2018 to July 2021. Prior to that, Ann worked at BMO Financial Group for over seven years, where roles included Director of IAM, Senior Manager of IAM Integration & Certification, Certification Services Team Lead, and Senior Information Security Analyst. Throughout the career, Ann has demonstrated expertise in managing IAM teams, handling escalations, overseeing IAM initiatives, and providing training and documentation. Additionally, Ann actively engages with the industry to stay updated on advancements in IAM.
