Jeff McDonald

Jeff McDonald, BSc. CIS, MPA, serves as an Intermediate Analyst in IT People Technology at WestJet since October 2019, specializing in technical administration of systems and collaboration with IT teams and vendors. With extensive experience in IT operations, Jeff previously held roles including Senior Network Operations Technician and Intermediate Systems Analyst at WestJet, and Senior Systems Analyst at Tervita Corporation. As a visual artist and master photographer, Jeff operates Jeff McDonald Artist and McDonald Photography, specializing in commissioned works and various photography services. Jeff is also an instructor and coach for the Canadian Sport Parachuting Association and a former instructor of self-defense workshops. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.
