Kelsey Trainor

Kelsey Trainor is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in loyalty programs and communications. Currently serving as the Loyalty Marketing Lead at WestJet since November 2023, Kelsey previously held key roles at Swoop, including Marketing and Communications Team Lead and Marketing Advisor. Earlier experience includes positions at Expedia Group as Senior Manager of Loyalty Programs and Partner Marketing Manager, as well as Account Manager at Grip Limited. Kelsey began a career in marketing with roles at DDB Canada and FedEx Express, and has a solid foundation in academia as a Teaching Assistant and Marketing Director for S.M.I.L.E. at Acadia University while completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
