Noralee Peters has a diverse work experience in various industries. Noralee began their career in 2003 as a self-employed swimming lesson instructor and lifeguard. Noralee then worked as a lifeguard/swim instructor at Western University from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they served as an aquatics supervisor at Muskoka Lakes Golf and Country Club.
In 2009, Noralee joined the Canadian Red Cross and held positions such as First Aid Coordinator and Program Coordinator for Injury Prevention. Noralee successfully established the City of Edmonton as the Canadian Red Cross's top Training Partner in 2013 and 2014. Noralee also promoted national campaigns like Water Safety Week and National Lifejacket Day.
From 2014 to 2015, Noralee worked in business development at Pinnacle Aquatic Group Inc. Noralee then joined WestJet in 2015 and held various roles, including Inflight Instructor, Flight Attendant, Cabin Crew Lead, and Quality Check Flight Attendant. Noralee facilitated the inflight training program, ensured safety and comfort for guests, and built relationships with customers.

Noralee Peters attended Medway High School from 2000 to 2004. Noralee then completed their Bachelor's degree in Honors Specialization in Sociology and Major in Political Science from Western University between 2004 and 2009.
