Rick Niemi

Rick Niemi possesses extensive experience in IT and support roles, beginning a career in the broadcasting industry as an On Air Personality at Rawlco Radio from 1983 to 1992. Niemi transitioned to Rogers Communications, where responsibilities included Webmaster and IT support roles from 1992 to 2002. A tenure at EDS Systemhouse from 1997 to 2005 involved positions as a Network Operations Analyst and Help Desk Analyst. Since March 2005, Rick Niemi has been with WestJet, advancing through various positions including Senior Systems Analyst focused on IT Airport Infrastructure Support, as well as multiple Team Lead roles in Deskside Support Services and Remote IT.
