Riley Shaw has extensive experience in customer service and operations within the aviation industry. Starting as a Customer Service Agent at WingTips Airport Services in 2009, Riley progressed to a Flight Manager role at Thomas Cook. Additionally, Riley worked at The Wedding Fair from 1999 to 2006, undertaking positions such as Door Attendant and Front Floor Manager.
