Tom Barbieri

Tom Barbieri has over 20 years of experience in the banking and retail industries. Tom began their career in 2000 as a Senior Account Manager at Polar Electro Oy. In 2002, they became a Regional Manager at Performance Bicycle and in 2005, they were promoted to District Manager at Caribou Coffee. In 2007, they joined Chevy Chase Bank as an Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager. From 2009 to 2014, they held multiple roles at Capital One Bank, including Senior Project Manager - Retail Sales Strategy/Customer Experience and Vice President/Branch Manager. Tom then moved to WashingtonFIRST Bank where they served as Vice President/Branch Manager from 2014 to 2018. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Beautyscope LLC and in 2022, they joined Trustar Bank as Vice President - Business Development/Retail & Small Business Banking Support.

Tom Barbieri attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1989 to 1993, where they studied Human Biology.
