Richard J Borsini, SIOR has been a commercial broker since 1979, with a focus on investment properties for the sale of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and land. Richard J has also provided consulting services in opinion of values and real property taxes. Prior to their current role as Principal and Managing Broker at WESTLAKE ASSOCIATES, INC., Richard J worked as an Associate Broker at Colliers International in Seattle, WA from 1983 to 2002. Richard obtained their BS in Business and Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
