Al Miles

Al Miles is an experienced operations and business leader with a strong background in management across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Operations and Business Leader at Westlake since November 2022, Al previously held the position of Vice President/General Manager at Hearth & Home Technologies from September 2015 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Manufacturing at Bennett Marine, General Manager at FloMet, and Director of MIM Operations at FloMet. Al's career also includes a tenure as Plant Manager at Cloyes Gear & Products. Al holds a Master's of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, earned between 2002 and 2008.
