David Belock

David Belock is a seasoned professional in information systems and financial management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Information Systems Projects at Westlake since March 2024. Previously, from March 2018 to January 2024, David worked at EY as Manager of Financial Architecture and Transformation, specializing in delivering insights and solutions for Oil and Gas clients through various projects, including software migration and integration assessments. David’s extensive experience also includes a tenure at KPMG US as Manager of Financial Management, where focus areas included finance transformation and financial reporting. David began career as a Part-Time Project Coordinator at Cost Segregation Services, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
