David Gle

David GLE is an experienced professional in global operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Global Operations for Compounds at Westlake since July 2019, after previously holding the position of Director of Operations for Compounds in Asia and Europe. Prior roles include General Manager at RESICHINA (IVY Group) and R&D Manager at ALPHACAN (IVY Group). David has extensive project management experience from positions at Resinoplast, Catalyse, Merck OLED, and Solvay. Academic credentials include an Executive Master of Business Administration obtained from Washington University in St. Louis and Fudan University, alongside a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from Aix-Marseille University and a Master of Engineering in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier.
