Duc Quy Phan

Duc Quy Phan is an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Westlake Chemical since March 2020, Duc has previously held the position of Maintenance and Production Manager at Masterbatch, a division of Nuplex Resins, from November 2014 to February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Maintenance Manager at Vicem Ha Tien from July 2007 to October 2014, where responsibilities included setting maintenance targets and improving machinery availability. Duc holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, obtained in 2007.
