Eliu Valdez

Eliu Valdez is an experienced engineer specializing in technical service and development within the chemical and plastics industries. Currently serving as Engineer II Tech Service & Development for Westlake Chemical since September 2019, Eliu previously held roles at PolyOne as the Lead Application Development & Technical Service Engineer, where leadership was demonstrated in addressing customer-related material issues. Prior experience includes positions at Albéa Group, SamKwang, Core Molding Technologies, Key Safety Systems, Summit Polymers, and Delphi, focusing on injection molding, new product introduction, and manufacturing engineering. Eliu holds dual degrees in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Matamoros and Instituto Tecnologico de Matamoros.
