Jenna Downing

Jenna Downing serves as a University Advisor for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, starting in August 2024. Currently, Jenna holds the position of HSE Manager at Westlake Chemical since February 2022, previously serving as EHS Manager at Hexion Inc. from September 2019 to February 2022. Jenna has an extensive background in safety and environmental health, including an adjunct faculty role at Polk State College from October 2016 to June 2021, and over 13 years at The Mosaic Company, where responsibilities included developing and delivering technical safety training, managing emergency response training, and executing safety audits. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University.
