Jordan Longoria

Jordan Longoria, MBA, is a proficient Benefits Analyst II in the Total Rewards department at Westlake, having progressed from Benefits Coordinator to Benefits Analyst I since July 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Student Development and Engagement Coordinator at the University of Saint Mary, where analytical skills and communication helped improve student success programs, as well as experience as an Athletic Department Intern. Additional roles at Nike and various internships, including a Big 12 Brand Ambassador and Game Day Operations Intern, contributed to a diverse skill set in customer service, marketing, and event coordination. Jordan holds an MBA in General Management and a BS in Sports Management from the University of Saint Mary.
