Karlee McCain

KarLee McCain is an experienced engineer with a background in environmental and production engineering, currently serving as Engineer II at Westlake since December 2018. Responsibilities include coordinating ethylene logistics, optimizing daily units, overseeing continuous improvement projects, managing change, ensuring environmental compliance, developing projects, and leading annual capital budgeting efforts. Prior to Westlake, KarLee held the position of Process Control Engineer at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors and completed a summer internship as a contractor at BASF. KarLee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from McNeese State University, attained in 2018.
