Robert Collins

Robert Collins, M.S.E.M., CT, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the I & E Engineering Specialist and Instrumentation and Electrical Supervisor at Westlake since February 2014, where responsibilities include providing leadership for the I&E Work group and overseeing the I&E planner position. Previously, Robert held the position of Chairman of the Board at Southwest Louisiana Credit Union from April 2011 to April 2016, contributing to various committees to ensure the financial institution's soundness. Prior roles include Electrician at Axiall Corporation and PPG Industries, where duties involved troubleshooting and maintaining electrical circuits, and President of Omni Fire and Security LLC, overseeing sales and service operations. Robert's military background includes serving as an Electricians Mate in the US Navy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of New Orleans, a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering Technology from McNeese State University, and an Associate's degree in Instrumentation Technology from McNeese State University.
