Russ Kovin

Russ Kovin is an accomplished executive in the energy sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Feedstocks, Olefins & Energy at Westlake since July 2020, where leadership encompasses securing over $3 billion annually in various commodities and managing P&L for the Ethylene and Co-Products Business Unit. Prior to Westlake, Russ held senior positions at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, achieving significant growth in Delaware volumes and leading key joint ventures, as well as at Enterprise Products, where the development of major pipeline projects was successfully executed. Early career experience includes substantial contract negotiations and project benefits realized at El Paso Corporation and GulfTerra Energy Partners. Russ Kovin holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Operations from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Miami University.
