Scott Szwejbka

Scott Szwejbka is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the building products and infrastructure sectors. As Senior Vice President at Westlake from March 2017 to April 2025, Scott led the Housing and Infrastructure Products Segment, contributing to the growth of Westlake Exteriors, which expanded to over 6,000 employees and $2B in annual revenue following the integration of Boral N/A assets. Prior to this role, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer at The Pet Loss Center/Graycourt Capital and President of the Pipe and Precast segment at Forterra Building Products, overseeing significant operational expansions and managing numerous manufacturing sites. Earlier in the career, Scott held a senior leadership position at Lehigh Hanson, managing the largest division of Hanson Building Products. Scott holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
