Ted Marsh

Ted Marsh has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Vinyl Products at Westlake Chemical since February 2012. In this role, Ted provides strategic and operational HR support to a $2.5 billion division, overseeing three business units and 31 manufacturing plants. Prior experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at Westlake Chemical, where Ted managed HR for a business unit of 900 employees, and Human Resources/APQP Manager at Eagle Ottawa, directing HR functions for two Mexican facilities with 2,400 employees. Ted's earlier positions include Human Resources Manager at Progressive Metal Manufacturing Company and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Acro Service Corporation, where expertise in policy development and employee development was demonstrated. Ted holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
