Scott Goggin

Scott Goggin was the Superintendent at Midview Local Schools from January 2010 to August 2016. Scott is currently the Superintendent at WESTLAKE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Dr. Scott Goggin is an Ashland University graduate with a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. Scott also has two Master's degrees from Ashland University in School Administration and Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Bowling Green State University.
